What is the name of your state? AZ/MN

Child support was ordered in AZ on 01/14/06 according to state guidelines. NCP wants to modifiy the order. Is there a limitation on how soon/often the order can be changed?

What about this?

The reduction in his income was voluntary. Does AZ consider income potential? The amount he was ordered to pay was based on 5 years of tax returns.

Thanks!

I'm not positive about AZ, but generally it is not allowable to voluntarily reduce one's income and then apply for a reduction in CS. Anywhere.

Here are AZ-specific links for you to check it out:

That's what I thought, but I haven't been able to dig anything up specific to Arizona. I'll check out those links.

Thanks again! :)
