CS modification and Bonuses

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA
If we go to court for modification in support - do you just bring your last few pay stubs or do you have to bring past W-2's? I am a salary employee. I did make bonuses in the last few years but for the next few we won't be getting any. Could my ex go after them? If so, how do they compute that and how do they determine when I get them?

Typically, you'll need to produce the last 3 years of W-2 and tax retruns along with the last 3 months of paystubs.

Bring proof that you will no longer be recieving bonuses.
