What is the name of your state? Texas, What is the law in regards to child support if the custodial parent does not wish to file for support. She is not recieving any type of government assistance. Please send answer to [email protected]

She doesn't have to file for support. But it won't stop Dad from proving paternity and filing for visitation, if that's the game she has in mind.

support and visitation are two different issues. I know there is more to this.
