What is the name of your state?Ohio
In the state of Ohio if a child 13 yrs or older say they want to live with the other parent who does not have custody does the court go with that childs wishes. There are concerns to if this enviroment would be good for the child. What process would we have to go through to determine if it's in the childs best interest?
