undefinedWhat is the name of your state? Minnesota - Husbands daughter is being cared for by the mother's parents - they run a group home for the mentally challenged. Apparently they are getting a new person in the house and will no longer be able to watch the child. Child is 2. Mom will be having a friend who supposedly runs a daycare or at least watches some kids. My question is this - if the mother decides to file for daycare support (dad is currently waiting for court order for cs - was paying her directly prior) does the daycare provider have to be a licensed provider or can it be anyone mother pays to watch child. Thank you.
