What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania
Here is my question...The father of my kids did not show up for an enforcement hearing and I got a letter in the mail that reads "Bench Warrant issued to respondent...Hold, Bring b4 the trial commissioner..What exactly does this mean? :confused:

It means he is in contempt of the court summons and a Warrant for his arrest has been issued.

Once he is in police custody he will be brought before the magistrate like he was suppose to show in the first place .
