What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Kansas
I was just looking through all of my paper work and trying to organize all of my stuff for my child support hearing on the 23rd. On the DRA my ex states that her mortgage is $430. I just wanted to check that out so I went online and found that the deed to her house is only in her boyfriends name not hers. Can someone make it clear to me what all you can legally claim on the DRA. They moved there in June 2007 and she makes it sound like she owns the house and she doesn't.
