What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

Can a money judgement in a CS contempt hearing be later used to file a warrant? Would this be considered double jeopardy because that portion of arrears has already been ruled on? All payments due post hearing are paid in full.

The failure to pay such a judgment can be used as the basis of a charge of contempt from which a warrant may be warranted.

Double jeopardy applies to criminal actions.

Even if double jeopardy could apply to your situstion it would not be a concern since the judgment and contempt evolving from the refusal to pay the judgment are two seperate matters.
