What is the name of your state? KY

My husband (NCP) got a letter in the mail regarding new change in child support distributions, it states that changes are being made in the way that child support payments are being distributed. Federal and State laws require that when a non-custodial parent's wages are being witheld for more than ONE case, ALL FAMILIES are to recieve a portion of those payments. So the amount of child support the CP recieves may change beginning AUGUST 1, 2006.

But it only applies to NCP's who are paying support for more than one child/household.
Due to the legal amount of money a employer can withold from a NCP's wages, the amount sometimes may not be enough to pay FULL amount of CURRENT support. The NCP IS RESPONSIBLE for submitting the FULL AMOUNT. ANY AMOUNT NOT PAID for on-going support WILL be ADDED to the past due support.

EFFECTIVE 8/1/2006, the payments recieved will be applied by percentage to the current month's support due for EACH CASE. Any money left over after the current support order is paid will be applied by percentage to satisfy past due support. ALL families should still recieve the full monthly obligation as long as ENOUGH child support is withheld to satisfy ALL COURT ORDERED OBLIGATIONS.

I thought CP's and NCP's should know about this...has anyone else recieved this letter from CSE?
