According to my Divorce, CS will end when my child is age 18 or out of High School whichever is later.
I was told that my child will be graduating "Mid-Term". And that the date of the end of that semester is Feb 1, 2008. Even though the actual commensment will be in June.

Can I legally just "quit" paying support on Feb 1st?

Or will I need to file for ending support payments?

Thanks!

You have to file to terminate child support.
