What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? - Georgia

Is petitioning for an end of modification to existing CS order considered a modification? Not asking for an adjustment above standard level, just a return to standard level as defined by Georgia Code.
I assume yes, but want to verify. Thanks. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

You're asking for a modification of a current order.

Has there been a change in circumstance?

Yes, a change in circumstance, both for my wife and her ex. My intuition told me it would be a modification, just wanted to verify. Basically asking for a modification to remove a deviation, but a modification to an existing order none the less.
Thanks.
