Texas. I have been paying child support to my ex wife. She has remarried and I am trying to start my own business. She took it upon herself to tell me she wants to end the child support for me. We all completely get along and she wants to see me succeed. I see my children when ever I want and have them all summer. How do we start the process of ending child support such as what forms? And what is the motion to file for?
