Hi,
My ex and I have a 7 year old daughter. I have just been made aware that the ex has just obtained a new job and is making more than twice the amount that he was when the final dissolution was ordered 4 years ago. I strongly feel that my ex needs to contribute child support according to advancement in his career path, but he seems to have other ideas.
He told me that if I filed for a petition to modify child support upwards, he would quit and let his new wife pay the support.
Can he just quit and get away with this???
Thanks
