ex violates all ordersWhat is the name of your state? CA My ex & I own a house (equity lost due to housing market) & business earning approx $15,000/mo. He was ordered to allow me to continue to work and receive 1/2 of profit, but refused, then to pay $2552/mo since 3/05 and instead he has chosen to make sporadic house payments. Only small amount/mo levied from customers, if any. DCSS suspended license but gave back after 2 arrears payments. Say lawyers have to work out details & won't go after him til then. He keeps delaying court date & says I OWE HIM since mortgage went up $1700/mo. House now in foreclosure & I had to move out. DCSS shows $75,000 arrears. How do I collect or move this along and get divorce settlement closure? 16 & 12 yr old girls he's trying to get custody of so doesnt have to pay. Kids don't even want to see him. Whatever happened to lifestyle to which you've become accustomed? We went from upper middle-class to less than welfare. |

| Most people need to make lifestyle and spending adjustments when one household becomes two households. It really sounds like neither of you was making any attempt to reduce spending and live more within your means. Os it possible that the "upper class lifestyle" was always a house of cards based upon overspending, temporary reduced interest, now bumped up, and overuse of credit? IF he has assets, then those assets might be seized to pay the CS debt.
