Child support just was lowered based on pay stubs and 2K/month claimed earnings. In addition to the pay stub the employer provides to the father the free lodgement, free car, free attorney to represent him at the court. Can I appeal and include somehow the value of the free benefits? Does anyone knows relevant case study I can bring in my motion? Thank you
