I been divorced for about ten years and it has been a struggle trying to receive support from a non-custodial parent. He's a contruction worker that has quit jobs and gets paid cash most of the time. I have a court order for child support, and I've even tried a private service called support kids, it helped a little. My kids are getting older and costing more. He doesn't support them at all and it's very frustrating. What do I do? What's next in the steps I should take? I think he owns property, I'm not sure. And he often mentions to the kids that he has to work, so there's proof right there. What should I do?
