My order reads:

"The Obligor shall pay 53.6%of extraordinary health care expenses if monthly medical expenses exceed $51.65"

My questions is: My ex and I both carry insurance on my daughter and the order reflects the premiums with both pay. However we both have deductibles that need to be fulfilled prior to insurance covering its portion. My ex's insurance requires 3000.00 deductible, does this mean I will be required to pay a portion of that deductible ?

What's your deductible?

My deductible went from 1000 (when it was only me insured) to 3000 after adding her. There is no mention of deductibles in the order or child support worksheet.

As far as extraordinary health care expense ?
