Back in 2014 I was going back and forth with Newport News, VA DCSE about the false claim my then wife made of the amount of support she was given. I was hit with a $23,000 back child support. Even though I provided all my LES's, bank statement, Direct deposit History, allotmet history, and a check from her personal account. Everything pointing that she received more than she claimed (triple the amount to be exact) but they just took her word. Is the system that corrupt and broken that it dismisses concrete eveidence. What is my next step? What can I do more to get this corrected?
