What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? GA

My ex has been indicted under the Deadbeat Parents Act, arrested and formally charged. The arraignment is set. CSE put this ball in motion and I really never expected anything to happen...

What happens next? Will I, should I be at the arraignment or any further hearings?

My attorney has not been through this before in his 25+years of practice.

I have no idea what to expect the outcome to be...

Thanks.

Then it's up to the US AG's office to prove in a federal court that he has the ability to pay and crossed state lines to avoid paying child support.

Thanks.

Yes, I understand.

It is an interstate case and the ability to pay and willful refusal to do so is substantiated with supporting documents. Afraid to go into too much detail...
