What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arizona

I would like information on how to obtain a federal warrant for child support. My ex is in Germany and the only way to enforce a US child support order iin Germany is if a Ferderal arrest warrant is issued and served by the US Marshalls Office. I am havinga difficult time finding information on how to obtain the warrant.

A few facts;
1. Has never made a payment in 5 years
2. Has a job and therefore has the means to pay

Any leads would be greatly appreciated.

How much does he owe?

A quick search of federal warrants issued for such matters seems to indicate that large dollar values are required, and even then, arrests seem to be made here rather than overseas, and enforcement can take many years.

The cost to serve and enforce a warrant overseas is HUGE. While I have no love for deadbeat parents, I would have to say that the odds of any warrant being served on him overseas and him being extradited is exceedingly slim for arrears in the ballpark of $50,000. Sorry.
