What is the name of your state? PA
My daughter was told there are 2 levels of Federal warrants for dead-beat dads. Her child's father is over $10K in the hole, and has not filed a tax return for the last 3 years. Is it automatic to go to a level 2 at this point? And if so - how does she go about finding out what is being done to arrest the father for non-support? Does PA take care of this automatically or does she have to sit on the case workers tail about it? Who should she call at this point?
