Preparing for modification hearing. Is it necessary to divide household expenses by two on Financial Affidavit? Yes I know the pool analogy
, but how does the court view households with double income? We have multiple checking accounts, but a single "household" account where all bills are paid. For example, would a $1000 mortgage payment be listed as $500 since two people contribute to the "pool" that pays?
