What is the name of your state? NY

I am wondering if there is a law in effect in New York State that says that, in the event of their death, a person paying child support must maintain enough life insurance to cover the cost of their future child support payments until the child(ren) are emancipated?

Any light you can shed on this would be greatly appreciated.
