What is the name of your state? CA
I had posted a question regarding taking my children to a different church on my visitation time and I got a lot of good advice. The other parent in this case keeps denying my right to do so and is now taking me to court to have a judge deny me that right also. I have also recently adopted my stepsons last August and was told to file for modification for child support for my other children. I have been putting it off, the going to court part. My question is should I take advantage of the court date for the religion problem and file for child support modification issue also?

child support is usually dealt with seperatly, so it doesnt matter if you file for it now or later, its not usually heard by the same people/judge.
