hi everyone :)
as you can see, I am new on this forum and I need help ( please forgive me for spelling mistakes)
I don't live in USA, I live in Bosnia and Herzegovina and I was born here.
My father live in USA and I belive he is citizen ( he went there in 1995 I belive). My parents divorced in 1998 ( father was represented by attorney), and father has had obligation to send me 30 % of his payment every month. That never heppend. so what I am interested in is: Wich country law I can count on, and does he must to send me all money at once or what?? thank you and sorry once again about spelling and grammar errors

so what you are saying is: although my father is citizen of USA, my country law is the one that counts (considering that my parents divorced in it)???
