What is the name of your state? cs wv

So my husband received a "statement of support obligation for obligor" from CSE explaining the month of October. WV has 10% interest annually on cs.

At the bottom of the letter it just says
FEES = 101.00 (no interest charged on fees)
What are the fees? Husband called cse in june about a statement that was very confusing they told him not to worry about what was on his statement as long as he was making payments and that the fees were "just fees they charge".

So I'm not sure how he pays these. CS is 341.00 month. Plus an extra 50.00 a month toward state owed arrears. With a total of 391.00 a month. On the statement all of his money is accounted for and none of the payments being taken from his wages are being put toward the "fees". Does anyone know what this could be?

Not sure, but some states do charge a fee for their CS services if the CP is not receiving any type of aid.

However, could you stop making multiple posts regarding (pretty much) the same thing? All your child support questions belong in one thread.
