My ex and I have an order in place that where she was the custodial parent and I would pay child support. In October of last year we agreed on our own to split custody and reduce child support from $1200 to $300. Now we just want to make it official.
Without hiring a lawyer, what forms should we complete or steps should we follow to file a petition to modify the parent child relationship and child support based on the agreed upon terms?
