What is the name of your state? Wisconsin:
I have a seventeen year old son who lives with his mother in Minnesota. I recently found out that he has dropped out of high school. I have attempted to obtain his high school transcripts and to verify if he has obtained his G.E.D. or not. I was informed that since I am not the custodial parent I have no right to this information. I have attempted to obtain this information from his mother, and she will not give me this information. Do I have any way of legally obtainning this information from the state or school district? The mother is not going to help in any way, so I have to find a legal way to. How can I get this done?
