What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? SC

My fiance was incarcerated in January for a parole violation. He was scheduled to appear in court for a child support case at the end of Jan. Because he did not appear they issued a warrant for him. He is scheduled to be released on Aug 1. Is there anything that can be done about the child support case and non-payment because he was incarcerated?

If he's your fiance, that means you intend to get married. Why is he paying CS if you plan on getting married? Did you end the engagement?
