income drop and travel expenses - please help!

I've got 2 questions - thanks in advance for any help.

(1) my ex pays child support based on 2 jobs - he claims that he was laid off on 1 of the jobs (not sure if I actually believe him on that, considering his track record), but he never had support modified - this was almost 2 years ago. He then took a paramedics course this past year (he worked as a firefighter/EMT), which he claimed to me that he had 4000 hrs ride time and 4000 hrs clinical time (I know that's a lie because the number of hours required would be like having 4 full time jobs - not possible for him to complete that over the spring/summer plus work a regular job). He now has a job as a firefighter/paramedic, full time, plus is apparently still employed at the part time job he's had all along (although he's not scheduled there for a while). He is trying to get child support reduced, using only the full time job. Here are the #'s - original income for him was about $58k, (based on 2 jobs) mine was $23K, he pays $201/week after travel deviation. His income now will be around $29k for the full time job (with overtime would be around $41K - can I include the overtime?), not sure on his income for the part time job, if he even claims it (say $10k), and my income is now $32k. Could he be granted a reduction in CS because he now has just one job? I know that he'll fight to keep overtime out of it. If he had 2 jobs before, is that grounds for him retaining a second job now? I don't know how that will work.

(2) second item - his travel deviation. he gets $45 reduced form his CS obligation each week for traveling expenses - if it's his choice to move away (moved from Maine to New Hampshire) should I be penalized for that? He has since moved further away in New Hampshire. My lawyer at the time of our divorce did not fight over the deviation because we were compromising on a few issues to get everything done and over with. He keeps moving further away, I do not feel that I should be responsible for his traveling. Any thoughts?
