Info on bank levies or leins?

What is the name of your state? Texas

Ex has a levy on his account for child support arrearage. This was filed on the 23rd of December. Does anyone know the process they take with this? How long will it take to get our child support? Texas attorney General's office doesnt seem to know much. Just than they can admit they dont know whats going on.. with an attitude, of course! Thanks for the help!

There should be a hearing scheduled. I'm sure a judge will have to sign an order to release the monies to you. Who issued the levy? Who notified you about the levy?
