What is the name of your state? Connecticut

My ex is about to inherit a ton of money -- and he ows me (per the divorce papers) money for my childs extra curricular activities -- I know I can take him to court - but the $$ amount is not really enough (yet) to be worth my effort and aggravation. But is there any chance I can leverage the inheritance? Maybe have an account setup where he has to put a certain amount of money in and I can draw from it as these expenses arise - I'm really tired and frustrated for having to ask for money and receiving no response from him.
