What is the name of your state? Florida
I just received a notice that the DOR attorney submitted to the court and is serving the bio father. It is a: Request For Admissions--- Paternity starts out:
The State of Florida, pursuant to Rule 1.370(a), R.C.P., requests Bio Dad's name to admit the truth of the following statements:
It's about 16 line entries and I want to know if anyone could interpret these 2 lines for me.
7. You have had an obligation to support the child since birth. (child was born in 96)
8. You will continue to have an obligation to support the child until the age of 18.
I am interpreting it that they are going back to the child's birth, am I wrong?
