What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

Can an individual set up voluntary child support payments through the Texas Attn Gen. Office or do you have to have it court ordered to go through the OAG?

the OAG can set up the payment via court order. a court order is not a bad thing. it's a great thing.
