What is the name of your state? I live in Ga but the court hearing is in OHIO.
The state is trying to get me to pay child support through the state. For 11 years his mother and i have been working together to raise our son. even though we are not together any longer. I have regularly sent Money and anything else our son needs for his upkeep and support. we both have been ordered into court for this. My question is. If we get joint custody. Can the state still pursue this matter?
