What is the name of your state? Georgia

The agreement only calls for equal burden of college and medical insurance premiums and no child support payments. (kids are only 3 and 6 )

What if one parent is making $8000 (graduate student/substitute school teacher) a year and the other $90,000? In this case its the father who is the poor teacher.

First of all, does joint custody agreements prevent fed or state family assistance $$?

second, what are my options in terms of child care responsibilities, agreement amendments, etc, but maintaining 50% physical custody? Thanks. What is the name of your state?

Q: First of all, does joint custody agreements prevent fed or state family assistance $$?

A: Ask the fed or state family assistance people.

Q: second, what are my options in terms of child care responsibilities, agreement amendments, etc, but maintaining 50% physical custody?

A: Could you be a little less vague? What are you talking about?

Q: What if one parent is making $8000 (graduate student/substitute school teacher) a year and the other $90,000?

A: Did you know this when you made the agreement?
