What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Kentucky

I pay my child support to my mother every single month on time.It goes to the state to pay where she gets ktap. She was declared disabled in 2007. She's drawn ktap since then. Now she was found not disabled and able to work. How will this affect our case? Will the ktap stop since she's went over 5 years? And now declared not disabled.Just wondering where we go from here. I have a great relationship with her and my children and know it's my duty to support my kids & I have no issue with it.

Another question their mother only pays around $60 while I pay over $300. How does that happen?
