California Family Code §17520(f)(2) regarding DMV notice requirements for driver's license suspension based on noncompliance with child support orders states that a license will be suspended indefinitely until DMV receives a release from the child support agency. It then goes on to say that any license suspended "will remain so until the expiration of the remaining license term..." "License term" is given under subd. (3)(B) of the same code section as, "12 months from the date the application fee is received." Is it suspended indefinitely or until the remaining license term expires? : p [thx!]
