Same way you do from an unmarried man. You file to establish paternity and child support and name him as the alleged father.

Go to your local CSED and they will help you.

How old is the child? Has the married man been legally declared the father of the child? If not, that is where you need to start.

Be ready for the married daddy to ask for visitation and some sort of custody,

First, you have to legally establish that he's the child's father. Then you have to file for child support.

Your local child support enforcement office can help with both.

The same way that you get child support from ANY man who fathered your child. But expect it to tick him off a little more.
