mediation/support

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida My former husband is $1,800 in the rears for child support so he stopped paying me because he wanted to lower his support so we were sent to mediation and I agreed to a new amount of support and he has to pay me $60.00 extra a month to go toward his back support ($1,800) We agreed in front of the mediator he would pay me in person until his income deduction order started at his Job. Well this was on Monday of this week we went and he told her he got payed on Friday 11-6-09 (today) And told her he would pay me well now he decided not to because his rent is due this week. SO he has broken the agreement we made at mediation! Can he get in trouble for this or does he get away with it? What should I do?

Did he offer to make it up?

No he refuses to make it up! He said the only money he is paying me is in the income deduction order. The mediator told him he is to pay me in person until the ido kicks in and he said ok but now it's a different story with him
