What is the name of your state? GA

My fiance's divorce decree states he is responsible for medical insurance for his son. Does this include dental? vision? Does he have to pay for all co-pays and medicine co-pays? Does he not have any voice in what medical treatement his son gets?

We are planning on gettign married in 2005...can his ex sue for more child support based off of my salary as well? Or just his?

Your time and consideration is appreciated.

What does the order state regarding medical?

most orders only require a parent to get ins. of reasonable cost usually through an employer. Dental and vision, don't always come into it.

usually an order will address uninsured costs, and alot of times dental and vision have to come under this.

A step parent is under no legal obligation to support a step child, but it would be wise if you have your own money and career, to keep a seperate bank account just for your own finances.

Ditto: Health insurance may or may not include dental. If it doesn't include dental, then you each will be half responsible for any incurred costs. Paying 50/50 also includes co-pays and deductibles.
