What is the name of your state? anywhere

When it is discovered that a party falsified information in court, do you file an objection or a motion to dismiss?

I wish it were.

I guess my question should have been more open ended. What recourse is there when an order was based on falsified information?

Does an order based on falsified information stand?

Your question is too open ended.

In order to give you proper advice , you have to fill in the blanks .

Like , when was the the order sent to you ?
How much time was given to you to Object to it ?
Has that time limit expired ?

What lies are you speaking of ?

It was sent 2 weeks ago.

Order says "35 days from time of mailing."

Has that time limit expired ?
No

What lies are you speaking of ? Income, place of employment, # of dependents, and expenses.

Then follow the rules regarding Objections .

You object line by line , of the order , to do with the Law.

Get your objection filed within the time limit .

Gather your proof of the " alleged lies " and include them as evidence .

Why didn't you bring up proof to rebut his testimony at the hearing ?

I didn't have proof because I didn't know he would lie.
