My best friend has a little boy 5yrs old. anyways 4 yrs ago he was making great money and was paying 250 a wk, since then gary has gone trough some rough times and jobs. he is currantly living in a small shack on someone's property, not working and has been diagnosed with a anxiety disorder.during the whole thing his sons mother used his son as bait, telling him no money no visits.. is there any place that has free legal help for him? i definately think that his case should have been reduced and any money owed that built up should be waved since he wasnt working, my friend needs help but is poor and has no clue ... any ideas?
