You can't choose. You can't spell, either.
Your father is well within his legal rights -- and your mother is defying a court order.
Quit being an idiot, and learn to spell, also.

Yes, your father is right, your mother is in contempt and you don't get to choose.

Not only was your mom wrong for not sending you to your dad's, she was even more wrong for telling you that dad will be taking her to court.

Absolutely agree with you, Ceara. Appalling parenting by mom.

You're 16? My language-delayed fourth grader spells better than you do.

Seems you'd better buckle down and start doing what you are SUPPOSED to do (including studying) instead of just what you want to do. Mom doesn't have the right to DECIDE whether dad is entitled to the time the COURT ordered that he gets. Nor do you have the right to ignore a COURT ORDER.

Which leads to the question of why isn't he in school in the middle of a Thursday morning?

Cuz its kellie and she is bored?
Parents should remember 3 things: Love your kids more than you hate your ex; when you have children the relationship with the other parent is until death; your children determine what type of nursing home you end up in.
Nothing stated by me should be taken as giving you legal advice or forming an attorney/client relationship.

    Grand news.
He still can't spell or compose a coherent sentence. Nor is he good in the obedience department.
