What is the name of your state?IA
My ex was supposed to carry health insurance on my children per the divorce decree. When my child support was figured in 1996, the payment for the health insurance was taken off the top. My ex has never had health insurance on my children. They have been covered since 1999 by either my company insurance or my current husband's health insurance. Is there any way I can recoop the money he didn't pay in insurance premiums that should have been included in my child support payment? Is there anyway I can hold him to the divorce decree?

You could probably hold him in contempt for not providing insurance as ordered. Why has it taken you 9 years to follow up on this?
