My ex and I share custody...

I live in Nevada and my ex husband and I share custody of our child. We each share an equal amount of time with him weekly and for holidays. We also share in his day care payments 50/50. However, my ex's salary is about $1,000+ more a month than mine and I feel that although we share custody he should still provide some support for his son when he is with me. Can I in fact receive support and how should that be calculated?
