I am trying to find out what my options are, i filed divorce in one county and have sinced moved over an hour away and do not have a car, can i have my divorce and childsupport moved or doe sit saty where it is? And i need to knwo what the income limit is for legal aid in ky? I am trying to figuire out that if I am past due 6months in cs and I file for reduction in cs, because i am making les money now she is now working where as she wasnt when cs was set and never has informed court, also she has not allowed me to see my kids in 2 months.??
