Im in New york City i am concerned about the non custodial parent recieving ssi benefits is my daughter still entitled to the 17% of his ssi benefits and will he have to pay back child support for my daughter she is one years old and he left when she was seven weeks. please give me some information i need to be prepared i go back to court oct. 26 2005

Is this SSI ( supplemental Security ) or SSDI ( from work history ) ?

SSI , He may be made to pay the State's minimum , I think It's $50.00 per Month .

SSDI , your Daughter would be entitled to an amount as well , I do not know the numbers on that , it may be 1/2 the amount of what He's entitled to .

I take it that HE is the Established Father ?
