I have been sued with child support orders in Texas but I question myself as the father. Is there a specific legal form I need to fill out to contest it? Or do I just type one up myself? And, who do I send it to, who do I have to reply/respond to?

I would suggest that you go speak to an attorney. That's going to be far, far less expensive than paying 18 years of child support for a kid who isn't yours.
