What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)i have a question for you, how do i get a paternity test when child in question is now an adult? dcss wants me to pay support, but due to my past cicumstances my letters to dcss requesting dna test were never aknowledged. so what legal recourse do i have?

The child in question is now an adult and DCSS is after you for child support?

So...I'm guessing that an order was issued years ago. You never paid. DCSS is still trying to collect. Right?

If so...you lost your chance long ago to dispute paternity.
